Thank you for your great customer service today. I just wanted to say that your products are excellent! I have two sons with autism and it can be difficult to find curriculum that has such extensive choices across reading levels. The content of Blackbird and Company’s literature selections is wonderful; a mix of traditional and modern readers with profound content. The guides are scaffolded at every level, leading the student gently toward independent learning and thinking. I really enjoy the depth and quality of the comprehension questions, the suggested activities and addition discussion questions presented at the end of each reading – no busy work. The research guides are also incredible. They are structured with a natural progression that walks the student through the process of notetaking, documenting, and organizing information researched to be rewritten.
